RentLeap is responsible for the cost and completion of the most common system and appliance repairs (i.e. clogged toilet, broken appliance, or AC not working). We leverage existing networks of professional contractors across the United States to ensure prompt high-quality repairs are performed. A property maintenance call center handles all tenant interactions and provides status notifications from start to finish.
Tenant submits a work order in their online portal or calls or texts the 24/7 phone line.
A team of experienced troubleshooters speak with the tenant and can help fix issues over a video based chat.
If a contractor is still needed, then our vender files a claim with the home warranty company or makes other arrangements based on the work order. You pay nothing and don’t even need to get involved (enjoy staying in bed for those midnight repairs).
The team will follow-up with the tenant to ensure emergencies are being handled promptly and to confirm the repair or replacement is satisfactory.
A record of the event history is available in your online portal. Email notifications can be customized for each update.

In addition to AHS, we use a property maintenance vendor that is a 24/7 repair and contracting department with the likes of Invitation Homes as their customers. RentLeap uses this industry leader to facilitate all tenant repairs and warranty claims.
